The American Heart Association has named Kerin Spears as Vice President of Greater Louisiana. Spears will work with executives, residents, survivors, and businesses, on the road, to reduce disability and death from the country’s No. 1 leading cause of death --- heart disease.
Spears will lead the communities of Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, and Monroe.
