The Foundation for Terrebonne General Health System (“Foundation”) is hosting its 14th annual The Rooftop fundraiser presented by Hancock Whitney on Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. atop the Terrebonne General Parking Garage.
This year’s theme is “Swamp Pop on the Rooftop.” Featured are fun games like “The Oyster Shack,” “Pumpkin Throwdown,” “Fish Fly or Flop,” and “Stir ‘Da Roux” along with a silent auction and Makin’ Groceries Half and Half sponsored by Cannata’s while listening to music by Rockin’ Dopsie, Jr.
All proceeds from this event support the Foundation's mission to improve the health and well-being of people in South Louisiana. The Foundation helps fund many initiatives in our community, such as:
-The Mobile CARE clinic, which provides wellness education and free health screenings to the public.
-Newborn babies and families through the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Terrebonne General.
-Terrebonne Parish schools, students, student-athletes, and coaches.
-Supports patients in need, social services, and community outreach programs for Terrebonne General.
