Terrebonne General Health System announced the addition of Jon Mangels, MD, hospital medicine physician, to the medical staff.
Mangels, a Houma native and Terrebonne High School alum, graduated from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, and received a Bachelor of Science degree. Mangles earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada (Caribbean), graduating magna cum laude, and subsequently completed a transitional year at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, followed by an internal medicine residency at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark.
Mangels is board-eligible in internal medicine and will join the hospital medicine group at Terrebonne General Health System, caring for patients during their hospital stay.
