Lakeview Hospital and the Alzheimer’s Association Louisiana Chapter invite the community to a free Building Brain‑Healthy Habits Lunch and Learn on June 18 from 12 n.n-1 p.m. in recognition of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.
This educational session will highlight simple, everyday habits that can help protect memory and support long‑term brain health. Participants will learn how nutrition, exercise, social engagement, and heart health all play a role in keeping the brain strong.
The program will be held at Lakeview Hospital in the Pelican Room, and presented by Heather Rietschel, MCD, CCC/SLP, Rehab Supervisor at Lakeview Hospital.
Lunch will be provided.
