Jonathan Brouk Named AVP, Strategic Planning and Business Analytics for Children's Hospital

Children’s Hospital announced the promotion of Jonathan Brouk to assistant vice president of Strategic Planning and Business Analytics. Brouk will be responsible for supporting the Children’s Hospital leadership team when analyzing new business ventures and partnerships and building consensus around key strategic initiatives. He will also develop business analytics programs which will offer hospital leaders more visibility into the hospital’s performance to help the entire organization make better informed, data-driven decisions.

“My hope is that this new role will help us more quickly realize our potential of becoming one of the nation’s leading Children’s Hospitals and the pediatric healthcare destination of choice in the Gulf South,” said John Nickens, IV, CEO. “I am excited about putting Jonathan’s talents to use in this new and expanded capacity.”

Prior to joining Children’s, Brouk practiced law both in the healthcare group of a large national law firm headquartered in Chicago and in the healthcare and business section of Chaffe McCall, LLP in New Orleans, focusing primarily on hospital-physician alignment strategies, patient privacy, and population health initiatives.

Brouk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Tulane University and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago, where he was awarded a Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy Fellowship and served as Senior Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
